We offer luxury real estate photography, cinematic video tours, aerial drone footage (FAA Part 107 certified), 3D Matterport virtual tours, virtual staging, interior design staging photography, twilight sessions, architectural floor plans, and marketing brochures.
Pricing varies based on property size, location, and services selected. We offer a la carte pricing as well as bundled packages. Visit our Services page or use our booking tool for an instant estimate based on your property's square footage.
Yes! Our membership plans (Essentials, Professional, Elite) include monthly shoot credits at significantly reduced per-shoot rates, plus priority scheduling, dedicated support, and access to our full client portal.
No hidden fees. Your estimate includes travel within our Bay Area service area, standard editing, and digital delivery. Rush fees or travel beyond our service area are communicated upfront before you confirm.
Yes! Rush delivery (same-day) is available for all members. There is an additional rush fee based on the service type. Contact our team for availability and exact pricing.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, and ACH payments. Invoicing is available for corporate and agency accounts.
Absolutely. Detailed invoices with itemized services are automatically generated and sent after your shoot. You can also download invoices from your client dashboard anytime.
Choose based on your monthly shoot volume: Essentials (1-2 shoots), Professional (3-5 shoots), or Elite (6+ shoots). Each tier includes shoot credits, priority support, and discounted add-ons. See our Membership page for detailed comparisons.
calendar_today Booking & Scheduling
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance for standard shoots. Same-day and next-day shoots are available for members on Professional and Elite plans.
Cancellations made 24+ hours before the shoot are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. Weather-related cancellations are always rescheduled at no cost.
Log into your client dashboard, navigate to your project, and select "Reschedule." Alternatively, contact us directly and we'll handle it for you.
We serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area including San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Peninsula, Marin County, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 50 miles from our base.
A standard property shoot typically takes 2-4 hours depending on size and complexity. Larger estates or shoots with video/drone may take 4-6 hours. We schedule enough time to capture your property beautifully without feeling rushed.
We recommend basic staging and cleaning. Open windows for natural light, remove personal items, and ensure the property is clean and clutter-free. We can provide detailed preparation tips in your pre-shoot consultation.
Absolutely. If you prefer to work with a specific photographer from our team, mention it when booking. Subject to availability, we'll do our best to accommodate your request at no additional charge.

Standard turnaround is 24 hours for photography and 48–72 hours for video, 3D tours, and virtual staging. Rush delivery (same-day) is available for an additional fee.
All deliverables are uploaded to your personal client portal where you can preview, approve, request revisions, and download full-resolution files. You'll receive an email notification when your content is ready.
Photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG. RAW files are available upon request. Videos are delivered in 4K MP4. 3D tours include a hosted Matterport link. Floor plans are delivered in PDF and JPEG.
Absolutely. One round of revisions is included with every shoot. Additional revisions are available at a nominal fee.
Yes! Your client portal includes a "Download All" button for batch downloads. You can also download individual photos, videos, or other assets separately anytime.
Yes! Our FAA Part 107 certified drone operators capture stunning aerial footage. Drone photography showcases property layouts, land features, and neighborhood context beautifully. Ask about our drone add-on during booking.
Absolutely! 3D Matterport virtual tours are one of our specialties. We create immersive, navigable 3D scans of properties that buyers can explore from anywhere. Perfect for attracting serious buyers and reducing in-person showings.
Virtual staging digitally adds furniture and decor to empty rooms. It's 100% legal in California when properly disclosed (AB 723 compliant). All our virtually staged images are clearly labeled so buyers know they're enhanced.
Yes! Our cinematic video tours are professionally shot and edited with music, smooth camera movements, and compelling storytelling. Videos dramatically increase engagement and are highly sought after by serious buyers.

Shoot credits are included with our membership plans. Each credit covers one full photography session for a property. Unused credits roll over for one month, so you never lose value.
Your credit balance is displayed on your client dashboard homepage. You can also see a breakdown of used, remaining, and rollover credits.
Yes, you can change your membership plan at any time from your client dashboard under Account > Membership. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes! Creating a free account gives you access to the client portal, project tracking, download history, and AI-powered chat support. No credit card required.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send you a reset link via email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Yes! You can add multiple users to your account with different permission levels (view-only, download, edit). Perfect for teams, brokers, and agencies to collaborate on projects.
Files are stored indefinitely for members. Free account users have files available for 90 days. We recommend downloading your files for long-term backup.

Yes, all of our drone operators are FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured. We also comply with all local airspace regulations and obtain necessary flight authorizations.
Yes, we are 100% compliant with California Assembly Bill 723, which requires that virtually staged photos be clearly labeled. All our virtual staging includes proper disclosure.
You receive a full commercial license to use all deliverables for marketing the listed property. Usage rights, licensing details, and any restrictions are outlined in our Terms of Service.
Yes! Your license includes social media, real estate portals (Zillow, Redfin, MLS), websites, brochures, and print marketing. You can use photos for any commercial purpose related to marketing that property.
We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded. All drone operators are FAA Part 107 certified. Professional liability insurance covers all our services. Documentation available upon request.
