Media Storage & Security

All visual assets we produce — including high-resolution photography, 4K video, drone footage, and virtual tours — are stored securely using Google Firebase cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit. Your media files are accessible only to you through your authenticated Client Portal account and to authorized NS Visuals Estate team members assigned to your project.

Delivered media is retained in our systems for 90 days following delivery. After this period, files may be archived or removed. We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your assets locally within this window.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses standard cookies to maintain your login session and enhance site performance. We integrate with the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, real-time database, and secure media hosting
• Google Analytics: Anonymous site usage data to improve our platform (no personal data is shared)

Client Portal Security

Your Client Portal account is protected by Firebase Authentication with encrypted credentials. Each client can only access their own projects, media, invoices, and messages.
