Founder · Photographer · BuilderNicholas founded NS Visuals Estate in 2024 on a simple wager: that Bay Area agents would reward a studio built from their side of the desk. Two years and ~200 listings in, every photograph on this site is his own — shot single-frame on a tripod-mounted Fujifilm, color-graded in his own film recipe, delivered next day.
He's also a technologist. The private client dashboard, the seven listing-launch systems, the pricing calculator that returns an exact number in ten seconds — those are his code too. Photographer by camera, builder by approach.
For projects that call for a second shooter, a specialist editor, or extra hands on a busy listing week, Nicholas works with a small bench of trusted Bay Area freelancers. Names and bios added as the team formalizes.
