A cinematic listing film isn't a longer walkthrough — it's a different production discipline. Here's the actual workflow from the day you book to the day we deliver the master file.
Pre-Production
30-minute call with the listing agent. We build a shot list, draft a voiceover script, decide whether to feature you on camera, and lock the music direction before shoot day.
Production Day
Full-day shoot with cinema-grade gimbal, slider, and dual camera setup. Drone operator on site, lavalier mic for agent dialogue, and golden-hour exterior pickup if the property earns it.
Edit & Score
Feature-film color grade in DaVinci Resolve. Custom-licensed musical score timed to the cut. Professional VO recorded and mixed against the property audio bed for theatrical balance.
Delivery
4K master, web-optimized MLS cut, three vertical reel cutdowns for IG/TikTok, and a 30-second teaser version. Two rounds of revisions included before final lock.

Listing Video is camera-only — no drone, no agent on camera, no professional VO talent. It's a clean, fast walkthrough that costs $395–$995. The Cinematic Listing Film is a full production: pre-production planning, agent on camera, scripted VO, drone integrated into the cut, licensed score, feature-film grade. Different product, different price, different listings.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. About half our cinematic films are pure voiceover. If you do want to appear, we'll prep you with a script, run a quick on-camera rehearsal before we roll, and shoot multiple takes — you don't need to be a natural for it to look great.
What's the turnaround?
10–14 business days for the first cut, then two rounds of revisions before final delivery. Rush turnaround (5 business days) is available for an additional fee.
Is the music fully cleared?
Yes. Every track is licensed through Musicbed or Artlist Pro and cleared for paid social, broadcast, YouTube monetization, and MLS distribution. You'll never get a copyright strike on a film we delivered.
